The islands of Breakwaters are full of enemies that you will end up having to face at some point. The only one you will be able to craft at the beginning will be the Harden Shell Axe, which you will be able to use in your first steps in the game. To craft the others you will need to use a Builder’s Bench, or even fulfill some requirement before you can access them.
